As soon as the registry allows it, your details are replaced by the registrar's in the public WHOIS database. No name, no address, no email, no phone: nothing to check, no extra charge, enabled by default at registration.

Your zone is served from Rotterdam, Bucharest, Reykjavik, Zurich, and two PoPs in Asia. Each query is resolved closest to the user: low latency, and the zone remains reachable even if a PoP goes down.

How anonymous can a domain be?
A domain's anonymity rests on three independent layers, and we handle all three. The first is publication: without protection, the WHOIS database displays your name, address, email and phone number in clear text — in view of any curious party, spam bot or well-motivated complainant. With redaction enabled — free and systematic whenever the registry allows it — the public database shows only the registrar's contact details. The second layer is payment: settled in crypto via Paymento or on-chain, it leaves no banking trail connectable to your identity. The third is the account itself: it does not exist. Your access token is the only thing linking you to the domain — no contact email, no secret question, no phone number.
Result: practical and real anonymity in daily use. Neither a WHOIS lookup, nor an invoice, nor a registration form can trace back to you, and abusive requests like "reveal the registrant" fall on registrar contact details. Let's be precise about what this does not cover: domain ownership remains enforceable in court, certain registries (.ch and .is notably) require accurate data — kept confidential, but verifiable in case of legal proceedings — and a local court decision can lead to seizure of the name, regardless of the registrar. VPSPLEX anonymity protects against doxxing, solicitation, and abusive complaints; it is not a shield against a competent jurisdiction, and we prefer to tell you before rather than after.
