The Netherlands is not a "lawless" jurisdiction — that is precisely its strength: a formal justice system that requires a proper subpoena, a reasonable delay, and a competent judge. Reykjavik — Iceland
Iceland is the only Western European jurisdiction to have written its legislation to attract media under pressure: the IMMI initiative (2010) made freedom of expression a national economic argument. Foreign takedown requests have no direct effect there — only a decision by an Icelandic court counts. Geothermal energy powers data centers with remarkable PUE, and our second AS is in preparation there.

Define the use case
Media, backup, SaaS, relay, gaming: each use case has its natural jurisdiction. A dissident editorial site and an encrypted backup platform face different risks and latency constraints.
Write down your threat model
Who would want your server offline, and with what lever? DMCA complaint, EU judicial request, banking pressure, network blocking: each threat designates the country that cancels it — and those that do not take it seriously.
