Is it KVM or container?
100% KVM, on all ranges and all jurisdictions: dedicated kernel, non-overallocated AMD EPYC vCPUs, kernel modules and sysctl of your choice. You can verify it yourself — the hypervisor is visible from the guest, and our monthly benchmarks are public.
Can I upgrade my VPS without reinstalling everything?
Yes. vCPU, RAM, and storage scale up to the next tier in minutes, without reinstallation or IP change — billing is prorated. Conversely, a downgrade goes through a snapshot then a reinstall, the console guides you.
Are the IPs 'clean', and is that guaranteed?
Our ranges are clean and monitored daily against a dozen public blocklists. If an assigned IP appears on one of them despite everything, it is replaced free of charge on simple ticket — median observed delay: 2 h 10. It's written, and kept.
Which distributions can I install?
Debian, Ubuntu LTS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, Alpine, and Arch in one click from the panel. Any other distribution or BSD can be mounted via custom ISO in the KVM console. Reinstalls are unlimited and free.
What is your refund policy?
First VPS, 72 hours: full refund in account credit or crypto (on-chain transaction fees deducted). Past that deadline or for renewed services, the service remains due until the end of the period — full details on the refund page.
