What payment methods do you accept?

Crypto only: BTC, XMR, ETH, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), LTC, SOL and TRX. Two channels: the Paymento checkout, with confirmation in about 30 seconds, or a direct on-chain deposit to a dedicated address. No fiat, no bank card, no named merchant account — no banking trail links a payment to a server.

Can I get a refund?

Yes: within 72 hours after the first payment, full refund "no questions asked", paid to the same crypto address, no justification required. The only limit is documented abuse cases (outbound spam, phishing, scanning) that have already led to a network suspension — details in the refund policy.

Is renewal automatic?

No, and that's intentional: crypto-only allows no direct debit, so no one — not even us — can charge anything on your behalf. Seven days before the due date, an invoice appears in your console; you pay it or let it expire. After 14 days of delay, the service is suspended and then deleted.

Do your prices include taxes or VAT?

The displayed prices are net and final: the company operates outside the European and US VAT scope, so no tax is added at checkout. The price on the grid is literally the price paid. It is up to you to declare the expense according to your jurisdiction's rules.
